How do I cook the doughballs?

Preheat your oven to 230°C (fan) and let it fully come to temperature. Place on a slightly oiled baking tray, rub oil into both sides. From chilled: 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through. From frozen: 10–12 minutes. Drizzle generously with the garlic oil and sea salt sachets included. Serve immediately — best eaten straight from the oven.

What do I cook them on?

On a slightly oiled baking tray — not directly on the oven rack. This is what gives them even baking and a crisp outside with a soft, fluffy inside.

How long do they keep?

Keep in the fridge (below 5°C) for up to 4 days from delivery. Suitable for freezing — pop in the freezer and cook within 1 month of the use by date. Do not consume if defrosted.

How are they delivered?

We deliver nationwide with DPD. You'll receive DPD tracking notifications directly — we recommend downloading the DPD app so you can track and amend your delivery. We cannot guarantee that pizzas will remain chilled if they are left outside for an extended period. Remove all packaging, setting the garlic oil and salt sachet aside. Rub the doughballs lightly with olive oil, then place on a lightly oiled tray, spaced apart.

Chilled: 8–10 mins, until golden with a slight crust.

Remove from the oven, drizzle with the garlic oil and scatter over the salt. Serve immediately. Guide only — ovens vary.
