What do I cook it on?

Directly on the oven rack — not on a baking tray. This gives the base the heat it needs to crisp up properly.

Our pizzas are also suitable for freezing. For best results, freeze as soon as possible after delivery and cook within 1 month of freezing. Cook straight from frozen. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

How many does it serve?

Each pizza is approximately 30cm. It's a generous individual serving, or a light sharing size for two.
